Position:
– Drive sustainable and profitable business growth for Tetra Pak in Algeria with some of Tetra Pak current customers as well as with potential prospects. Develop long term strategic business plan for the accounts you will be responsible for in line with the customers and Tetra Pak’s strategies.
Missions:
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
– Develop multi-level, cross functional customer relationship and secure strategic alignment with customers;
– Understand customers overall business environment (competitive environment, growth strategy, productivity and profitability);
– Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with business strategy, category, portfolio and technical service plans;
– Drive the development of account plans, targets and budgets and secure resources from Tetra Pak;
– Secure and improve the customer satisfaction level;
– Pro-actively drive timely resolution of customer issues;
– Lead and drive capabilities of the account team (organisation, competence, processes and tools);
– Secure accurate sales forecasting;
– Manage accounts receivables.
Qualifications:
– University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering or Business
– Administration, Marketing. An MBA degree is a plus;
– 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, customer relationship, preferably in B to B;
– Fluency in both French and English.
