Main tasks:
– Developing leaders and consultants in a given area through acting as an inspiring and reliable business partner for consultants.
– Ensuring that aims are reached, both in sales and in development of new leaders as well as in recruitment of new consultants on the given area.
– Acting as a coach for leaders, setting up their aims and supporting them through joint actions and follow up.
The most important duties:
– Sales and leadership development in the given area.
– Communication and trainings in all actions run by the company.
– Setting up aims with independent consultants
– Follow up (monitoring), training and coaching leaders by being in the field/market
– Ensuring regular trainings and meetings for leaders.
Tasks:
– Promotion of new leaders in the given area
– Conduct Individual or group business planning sessions
– Preparation of differnt trainings & meetings
– Individual trainings and coaching in a field
– Ability to plan, organize and run evaluation of:
– Prospecting actions
– Sales Development (SARPIO) meetings
– Other types of meetings and trainings run by leaders
– Active participation in the above mentioned activities in order to show how to do it and to support such actions.

Expectations in regards to education and experience:
At least 2-4 years of experience in multinational environment
