Focus on the following tasks:
- Manage strategic marketing projects from initial market data gathering phase
- Through contact to relevant industries to implementation through action plans
- Analyze value chains and identify business potentials for the key industries, e.g.
- Construction, home and personal care, mining or oil and gas
- Act as a consultant for business units willing to establish presence in the region
- Providing intelligence on key industry drivers or needed go-to-market approach
- Support technology transfer of business units into relevant markets
- Exchange best practices with other countries and departments in close
- Cooperation with local sales and business units
- Provide operative business support to identified BU willing to establish local presence.
Required skills:
- Industrial engineer or comparable technical degree plus business education (e.g. MBA)
- 2-3 years working experience, e.g. in industrial consulting, strategic marketing or sales
- Excellent analytical skills, able to work in a complex multi – industry environment
- Good communication skills, team oriented and willing to interact in a multicultural
- Environment and in a complex multi- industry environment
- Proficiency in English; and French, German would be a plus
- Knowledge of informatics tools (excel, office and notes)
- Age: between 26 and 35 years
- A temporary position within AMD, after an adequate residence time. The
candidate will take over a sales position within an operative BU
