Primary Purposes of Position
Coordination of strategic projects to support promotional efficiency and transformation (incentive scheme, PC full potential, territory coverage…)
– Responsible for local deployment of the corporate SCCO commercial excellence strategy.
– Driving the sales force effectiveness initiatives by diagnosing situation and identifying solutions to improve local commercial performance.
– Supporting Operations Department to improve targeting and resource allocation per accounts/customers
– Support Operations Manager in order to develop sales force talent pool
Defining and leading the sales indicators through appropriate analysis between promotion and marketing
– Contributes to sales and marketing local strategic decisions that positively influence sales growth
– Oversees the implementation and monitoring of a business intelligence model to drive customer segmentation and targeting program and CRM program.
– Define KPIs and objectives in coordination with operations and marketing departments and evaluate the performance to drive continuous improvement
– Dashboard production and monitoring (IMS, local sales, hospital sales…)
Lead and coordinate market surveys and market intelligence projects.
– Identify attractive growth opportunities and new customer targets (territories, hospitals, product launches..)
– Provide insights and competitive intelligence activity and process,
– Creates the mechanisms and process to capture, analyse and use market level data to better understand the current competitive environment
– Perform extensive market research.
– Determine brand perceptions and reputations.
– Evaluate market penetration and analyze competitors.
– Meet with clients to ascertain marketing goals.
– Create questionnaires and surveys.

Education & experience;
– Commercial, engineer/scientific
– At least 5 years’ experience with strong marketing/sales background
– Strong pharmaceutical experience required
– 1 or 2 years project leading experience
Competencies :
– Excellent knowledge of excel and database management
– Good knowledge of local Pharmaceutical Market
– Conduct market surveys
