Cost Control Engineer

Brief Job Description:
– Temporary Site Facilities & Site Running Costs control and monitoring including :
– Verify all the attachment submitted by SUBCONTRATCOR with direct control on Site
– Check & Approve invoices of SUBCONTRACTOR and SUPPLIER to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
– Comply with group procedures.
– Analyze and Report all variation related to
– Prepares internal CONTRACTOR cost reports in liaison with the Site Cost Control Manager. Perform project cost reporting and forecasting to management’s review in a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within project budget.
– Provide Cost Control support to other departments.
– Liaises with Accountant for all cost movements (numbering, codifications, and approval) and consolidation reviews.
– Liaises with the Material Department for all issues related to local procurement.
– Insurance & Claim coordinator on Site in order to back charge and recover money related to damages declared during:
– Transport
– Erection / Construction
Requirements:
– Degree in Engineering
– Experience in estimating and project cost controlling in Onshore construction/ EPC Projects will be appreciated.
– Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. S HSE and Quality minded.
– Mature and proactive and hands-on with good initiative. S Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision. S Fast worker with ability to work well under stress.
