Job Purpose
– To implement the CRM tool and ensure the necessary enhancements and support to users to allow them work efficiently.
– To accurately and timeously update the representatives and FLSMs’ Call Reporting System so both Management and users can easily retrieve information, essential for territory management thus assisting the individuals and the company in achieving their objectives.
– To manage and analyse Segmentation data, Objective Call Frequencies and IJSFA reports.
Major Activities
– Management of Call reporting Data
– Manage of Databases
– Monitoring CRM users issues related to IT Helpdesk
– General Administration, Communication and Support

– Assist the management and representatives and hence the company in achieving their objectives
– To timeously and accurately maintain and manage the database
