solutions are leading edge core network technologies implemented in 2.5G and 3G networks.
The company is looking for highly motivated energetic person for the position of Customer Services
Designer helping mobile operators (customers) to define and specify new mobile services based on
Opencode technology.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
– Collect, understand, define and clarify customer services requirements (directly with customer or indirectly via company professional, onsite or offsite)
– Write Service Requirements Specifications (SRS) with high-level of details, clarity, accuracy and
– without requirement redundancy or ambiguity.
– Ensure high quality of SRS and according to company standards
– Ensure up-to-date SRS according to customer and project changes
– Lead (or help) freeze of SRS with customer
– Escalate to Project/Account Manager any introduced by customer additional scope or unplanned effort
– Identify and escalate service requirements that can be productized and beneficial for company products
– Ensure work delivery on-time (with early planning and proactive attitude towards involved
– company and customer parties)
– Ensure visibility of work progress and identify early work needs and issues. If needed escalate to
– Team Leader for help
– Build and maintain strong customer and internal relationships through kind and professional
– communication
– Ensure full customer satisfaction while preserving the company business, interest and professional ethics
– Build and maintain knowledge of company portfolio (platform, products, services)
– Reporting to Team Leader of Customer Services Design team
– Reporting to Country Manager
Other Responsibilities:
– Show creativity and generate innovation improving existing (or creating new) company products,
– services and work processes
– Proactively monitor industry technologies related to company portfolio and business
– Maintain low level knowledge of customer services
– Ability to grow as the team grows
– Work internally with Project Managers, Product Managers and other teams
– Pre-sales consulting where needed
Requirements
– Core or VAS experience in a Mobile Operator or in a Network Vendor
– Understanding of telecom networks, protocols and services(core and IT)
– Systems implementation, product and services design experience
– Understand development specifications, software development experience is an advantage
– English is a must, English as a second language is an advantage
– Excellent English writing skills is a must
– Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work in international environment
– Ability to learn new technology and use it
– Ability to work with schedules and deadlines
– Teamwork skills, must be assertive, approachable and showing a can-do attitude
– Specify technology in a way that customers can understand
