Job Description:
– Manage project documents, standards and guidelines
– Definition and support in Definition of project documents and documentation management
– If required prepare and participate in negotiation with customer to job related issues
– Establish project library and documentation archive
– Institutes a formal documentation review process and train the team
– Coordination with customer related to documentation control system and review process
Qualification Requirements:
– Proficient in the English language (read, speak, write).
– Proficient in the complete MS Office Software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio).
– Experienced with web based documentation platforms (advantage).
– Knowledge of document management method.
– Ability to communicate effectively with non-native English speaking project personnel.
– Works well in multi-cultural environments.
– Can remain posed in stressful situations.
– Ability to work independently and self motivate.9) Previous experience in a quality control environment involving the review and inspection of documents (advantage).
