Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibility:
– Establish quality team;
– Establish quality management process and acceptance process;
– Communicate with customer to customize process and quality standard;
– Join in subcontractor management to ensure quality standard transfer and make quality evaluation for subcontractor;
– Arrange QC’s work, such as on site audit, issue tracking and close, acceptance etc.
– Make EHS management;
– Analysis quality issues and make improvement;
Qualification Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills & Others):
– Bachelor;
– More than 3 years TK project experience in telecom industry;
– Familiar with quality management knowledge, methods and tools;
– Familiar with quality management standard: ISO 9000 or TL 9000;
– Good communication skill;
– Good English ability, including listen, read and write;
