- The Sales Executive position for 3M EMD in Algeria, will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share gain within the ECMRO, Utility and Oil & Gas Markets.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience into the electrical construction and utility market
- Demonstrated ability to sell into electrical market segments (construction, maintenance, utility and industrial oil & gas) through distribution model.
- Demonstrated ability to sell into complex market that requires selling into multiple-matrixed organizations by identifying the decision making process necessary to secure the order.
- Experience in identifying, establishing, driving growth and managing market segment aligned channel partners who are critical to building a sustainable market presence and local material supply for a manufacturer.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully execute consultative selling approach within key electrical utilities.
- Candidate should be able to provide a quantitative example of successful sales achievement from previous sales leadership roles, in which they were able to drive revenue growth and market share gain of a product or service into the electrical market.
