Missions:
- Ensure all staff and visitors are greeted in a pleasant and professional manner
- Communicate professionally with senior leaders internally and externally
- Arranging domestic travel for colleagues ( Air Tickets and Hotels )
- Attend to a variety of administrative details such as keeping informed of department activities, developing, implementing and interpreting policies and procedures
- Report promptly any circumstances that may arise to General Manager
- Serve as contact for all office machines, building maintenance, equipment maintenance and other vendor services as required
- Regular attendance required
- Keep abreast of all departmental activities
- Other duties as assigned
Profil :
- At least 3 years experience
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Excellent English skills, speaking and writing
