Missions:

  • Ensure all staff and visitors are greeted in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Communicate professionally with senior leaders internally and externally
  • Arranging domestic travel for colleagues ( Air Tickets and Hotels )
  • Attend to a variety of administrative details such as keeping informed of department activities, developing, implementing and interpreting policies and procedures
  • Report promptly any circumstances that may arise to General Manager
  • Serve as contact for all office machines, building maintenance, equipment maintenance and other vendor services as required
  • Regular attendance required
  • Keep abreast of all departmental activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Profil :

  • At least 3 years experience
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Excellent English skills, speaking and writing
