We are looking for an energetic and pro-active individual to fill the positions of External Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities

The External Sales executive will be expected to deliver volume and yield targets of his/her own while remaining focused on relationship building. In this role you will be expected to manage sales pipeline, segmentation, and accurate forecasting as well as to monitor performance against KPI and take corrective action where necessary.

Sales process

– Manage the selling process to external customers, including pricing and contract negotiations.

– Deliver volume and targets of his/her own while remaining focused on relationship building

– Manage sales pipeline, segmentation and accurate forecasting and take corrective action where necessary

– Perform customer visits to keep in touch with the clients for a consistently well service and follow up on performance of assigned direct customers

– Generate business solutions and strategies to specific customer needs

– Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills

– Pro-actively search, qualify, develop and engage into new customer relationships and business opportunities

– Identify account needs, opportunities and key buying factors – current and expected future – and formalize those into account plans and strategies

– Seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction

Customer Relationships

– Own the overall customer relationship for existing customers, as well as potential new customers

– Establish strong, multi-level, win/win relationships with new and existing customers (including main decision makers and influencers)

– Effectively handover to Customer Service, Operations, Finance etc for terms and conditions agreed with customers in their contracts

Additional sales support

– Actively engage other functions into the customer relationship to ensure customers know relevant contact points internally.

– Provide service support and claims resolution for extraordinary issues by involving other departments.
