Mission:
Responsible for delivering technical/service products and support to our customers. Ensuring to provide our customers with a high quality of services and that all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way both for the customer and the Employer.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
– Manage and execute installation including commissioning,
– Implement installation projects in accordance with the project plan and escalate any deviation to the Project Manager;
– Coordinate and execute planned preventive major maintenance activities to a high standard and in line with agreed procedures, Reinstate equipment into production environment with a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and automation malfunctions and breakdowns,
– Conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems to ensure permanent resolution and/or escalate with a proper problem description when root cause is not identified.
– Handle claims and provide technical support and guidance to escalated claims according to the claims processes, including root cause analysis,
– Install rebuilding kits according to procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment with a high level of customer satisfaction,
– Use performance monitoring data to identify issues and validate improvements.
– Escalate wider operational efficiency issues when appropriate
– Administer, track, report and audit relevant measures to ensure quality, timely and accurate information and documentation is available and accessible,
– Train, develop and coach operators and technicians in maintenance and troubleshooting, to ensure skills are transferred, knowledge is shared and operational effectiveness is maximised at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Strong electrical, mechanical and automation engineering experience and skills.
– Engineering background in the food industry, general industry or equivalent.
– You will have experience as a technician for packaging machines, preferably in the dairy or food packaging industry and ideally within a multinational company.
– A good understanding of English French and Arabic is mandatory.
