Offre d'emploi : Field Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Organizing and coordinating all field operation and maintenance activities related to Huawei 2G&3G Telecom equipments in whole country and all site facilities and power systems (AC/DC power systems, Generators, ATS, HVAC, Fire system and Grounding) at all agreed equipment locations.
Ensure that all Field operations activities are carried out in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Develop and manage corrective maintenance and preventative maintenance plans
and ensure that these are executed in accordance with defined procedures and schedule and all contractual SLA and KPIs obligations has been met.
Dealing with and controlling the subcontractor for timely resolution of issues related to O &M and network enhancement techniques and procedures.
Dealing with the customer management for issues related to O &M and periodic update for FM activity status, SLA,TTR and KPIs reporting.
Set-up the service organization with interfaces both to Huawei, subcontractor and the customer
Ensure high standard of service delivery and that the work is carried out in accordance with managed services as well as customer’s Operations standards.
Work on developing OPEX saving techniques and has a financial knowledge and background and demonstrate ability in this regard.
Regularly conduct on job training for Huawei Staff and subcontractor staff and knowledge transfer on Huawei Product and Field maintenance processes.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in telecoms engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years experience working in field operation and maintenance environment (Huawei experience is a plus) with demonstrated field maintenance team management on a big scale.
Demonstrable experience of working inside O&M environment with large organizations either in Mobile Operators or Vendor or recognizable subcontractor.
Fluent French and English is a must.
