A global Programme
The International Operations Finance Graduate Programme in Algeria is a 2-year programme. During this time you will explore the company and learn the Novo Nordisk Way in three job rotations of 8 months each. One of the programme rotations will take place in affi liate in Algeria, where the remaining two will be either one of the business area headquarter (Dubai), Region International Operations headquarter (Zurich) or corporate headquarter (Copenhagen).
The Finance Graduate Programme will give you the opportunity to gain extensive insights into fi nance operations and develop valuable skills as you work across different business areas and countries to accomplish your goals. With each rotation you will face new challenges and gain knowledge and experience, while at the same time expanding your professional network for your future career.
After successfully completing the programme, you will be hired in a global or local position which will put you on a fast development track.

Requirements
To join the International Operations Finance Graduate Programme in Algeria you will need a recent master’s degree in economics, finance, business administration or a related fi eld. We are looking for individuals with international mind-set, are mobile, fluent and proficient in spoken and written English.
You will need to be able to work as part of a team and enjoy learning new things in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you are proactive, results-oriented, ambitious and able to adapt to change. As a candidate your work experience should not be more than 1 year after graduation.
