Job Description:

  • Responsible for preparation and submission of monthly / quarterly Business review, forecasting vs actuals analysis to group Head quarter in South Africa. Drive invoicing against forecast;
  • Responsible for driving budget preparation, review and submission;
  • Manage and control expenses against budgetary requirements and where appropriate manage expenses in line with strategic growth requirements / plans;
  • On cost-down programs, workforce reduction;
  • Drive the working capital agenda for the region in line with targets;
  • Execute on hedging strategy for the region;
  • Optimize funding structures  / gearing / deal flow funding;
  • Review and sign off on all deal flow including the validation and approval of commercials;
  • Ensure ERP upgrade and implementation to the Group compliance;
  • Drive execution of risk agenda;
  • Improve internal audit scoring across the region and internal control implantation agenda;
  • Drive execution of group policies and governance across the region;
  • Ensure statutory and tax compliance across the region;
  • Drive tactical initiatives across the region to support strategic initiatives;

Required Skills:

  • You have at a minimum of 05 years experience in a similar position
  • Rigorous, analytical, leadership and communication skills will let you succeed in this mission
  • Bachelors Degree in financial science or economics or accounting
  • Mastery in computer applications and management
  • Good Control of accounting and financial management
  • Perfectly Anglophone
