Arab Banking Corporation Algeria (ABC Algeria), subsidiary of Arab Banking Corporation, Bahrain, the first international private bank to be authorized to operate under Algerian legislation by an official decision of the “ Council of Currency and Credit of the Central Bank of Algeria ”, in September 1998, is recruiting an HR Administration Manager .

Main accountabilities:

– Develop Human Resources action plans (wage, labor relations, social protection benefit and personnel administration);

– Supervise HR Administration Sections regarding organization;

– Ensure that ABC HR procedures are followed and communicated;

– Monitor the quality of both social protection and personnel administration;

– Ensure the respect and the implementation of the current labor legislation;

– Contribute in developing HR Administration dashboards and reports;

– Proactively manage ABC HR Administration systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data;

– Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective actions as required;

– Ensure the strict application of ABC committee guidelines and resolutions.

Profile :

Operational skills :

– Social Sciences or Law degree/higher diploma graduate or equivalent, with HR Management specialization;

– At least 5 years’ experience in HR Generalist responsibility (in private banking sector);

– Sound knowledge of local labor laws, compensation and HR Administration;

– Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

– Fluency in French, English and Arabic;

– Computer and payroll software skills;

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
