Missions
– The person will participate to the set-up of the human resources policies according to the company strategy and to lead its implementation
– Human resources management and development : the person will establish and implement human resources tools for remuneration, management of performances , classification …
– Relations with social partners : the person will create , negotiate and follow up social partners agreements , she/he will handle individual or collective conflicts , will prepare staff elected committee meetings , will represent and assist the general manager and will represent the company towards social security authorities
– The person will be in charge of the administrative management of staff , recruitment and wages , salaries
– The person will elaborate a yearly plan for training and various human resources needs
– The person will develop, implement and follow up Mylan policies for security , hygiene, working conditions and internal rules , she will be the gate keeper to ensure all the processes are fully conducted and in place
– The person will be responsible the evolution of staff and number , will manage the payroll expenses allocated according to P&L in terms of headcounts, salaries , social benefits and training
– The person will work with all the functions of the local office for the local business plan and will also cooperate with global functions (human resources , sales , compliance , legal, marketing , BD, regulatory, finance …)
Experience/Qualifications :
– The candidate must have a degree in Political Sciences, Psychology or Foreign languages
– The candidate must have 2 years of experience within Human Resources
– The candidate must handle Microsoft Packages
– The candidate must speak English fluently
