Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the optimization and maintenance of BTS&BSS network daily issues
– Troubleshoot and solve the network malfunction trouble effectively and in time
– Participate alteration and optimization of BTS&BSS network to improve the quality of network
– Build good relationship with customers and improve the technique ability of customers. Help customers build confidence on quality of ZTE’s BTS&BSS network products;
– Supply the formal fault analysis reports to the customers after finished troubleshoot the network trouble or compose official Letter to customers with work related.
– Improve the technique and knowledge of BTS&BSS network all the times and endeavor to be a real expert in BTS&BSS network products.
– Effectively assist in project designing and implementation.
– Work effectively and harmoniously with teammates both native and Chinese, and make the team strong and successful.
– Finish the weekly working reports and monthly working experience summarization effectively and in time;
– Fulfill other project related jobs assigned by supervisor (project and department).
– Make training and Technical transfer to customer.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree or above, majored in telecommunication engineering, electrical engineering or related field.
– At least 2 years work experience in related product or 2013 graduated.
– Good theoretical basis of telecommunications knowledge.
– Hard-working, diligent and be adapt to long-term mission.
– Strong Self-study ability and follow the work arrangement.
