Scope of work :
IT coordinator main target to keep all IT equipment in good situation and ensure all IT policy and procedure followed by all company users and execute IT supervisor / IT manager action plans
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Installing and configuring computer systems
– Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
– Logging employee queries & Problems
– Insure and validate IT assets Inventory sheets
– Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
– Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
– Give the required on job training for employees
– Monitor IT services performance and report any problems to IT supervisor / IT Manager
Position Requirements:
– B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent certificate
– At least 1-3 years of working experience
– Good Knowledge with windows server applications
– Good Knowledge with Microsoft office Package
– Good Knowledge with computer hardware troubleshooting
– Good knowledge TCP/IP Network Protocol
