IT Supervisor
Scope of work :
IT support main target to keep all IT equipment in good situation and ensure all IT policy and procedure followed by all company users and execute IT manager action plans
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Able to restore the IT services, in case of disaster, in minimum downtime/outage.
– Monitor the system, and network performance. Detect and troubleshoot malfunctions/faults.
– Efficiently manage, upgrade, troubleshoot and maintain the E-mail system, Internet and Intranet access.
– Leads small IT projects within all company branches in Algeria and Hassi-Massoud base
– Leads the deployment of an ERP system and/or IT tools / Applications within the company.
– Analyze the engineering personnel’s IT requests/needs, and convert them into Purchase Requisitions
– Ensure the Implementation/Observance of the Company’s policies and procedures in the IT/IS domain.
– Make the required support, coaching and training for his subordinates
– Update IT Manager with required reports to manage and monitor Team performance
– Update IT Manager with required reports to manage and monitor service performance
– Update and follow up the execution of his site IT Monthly Budget
Qualifications:
– B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent certificate
– At least 3-5 years of working experience
– Expert in Microsoft windows server applications
– Expert in Microsoft office Package
– Good knowledge with security solutions (FW, Antivirus….)
– Good knowledge TCP/IP Network Protocol
– CCNA certificated is a plus
– ERP Implementation Experience
