Ericsson Algeria is recruiting “IT- BSS/OSS Customer Project Manager Algiers – Algeria”
The » IT- BSS/OSS Customer Project Manager Algiers » or « Client Project Manager” manages client projects and makes sure the objectives are achieved and customer expectations are met. He guarantees that the customer relationship is managed in the best possible way.
Responsibilities and tasks :
The Customer Project Manager (CPM) establishes project plan baseline: he defines project scope, secures the necessary resources & plans & monitors all activities . He/She drives project execution: tracks project activities , monitors & handles changes, conflicts & escalations.
He/She strengthens the relationship and trust with the customer by ensuring the progress of the project on time. He/She runs the P&L and ensure the maintenance of profitability for the customer.
The Customer Project Manager participates in the business development of the company and is involved in the preparation of contracts and the pre-sale meetings. Finally, he/she brings his innovative ideas on « CPM (Customer Project Management) » practices to improve and simplify them.
Profile :
Engineer or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in project management in the IT field or OSS/BSS Field. A PMI certification would be a real asset. Experience in managing a complex organization of Virtual Delivery would be a real advantage to perform at such functions.
The » IT- BSS/OSS Customer Project Manager Algiers » has strong computer skills to carry out its mission (accurate estimate of the timing and costs per workstation …) Business oriented with a very good financial understanding, he/she is a Manager who can lead and motivate his team. Organized with excellent interpersonal skills, he is an excellent leader. English is necessary because it is an international position.
