Job Purpose:

This role is being created as part of the new Finance organization in Algeria. The main responsibilities will be to handle all the GMS process related to inventories, ensure coordination with GMS finance manager and perform the required requirements in terms of book keeping, follow up and reconciliations

Key Responsibilities:

Area of Responsibility:

– Ensure the book keeping of GMS related inventories movement (importation of API, local purchasing of API and pack, consumptions, Factory cost variance, stock provision ad stock write off, production variance….).

– Ensure the book keeping of the customs clearance fees, royalties, transit, port warehousing fines…)

– Account payables matching transactions and debt analysis;

– Participate actively to month end closing process and the year end process providing all the required report, reconciliation and analysis;

– SB14 monthly submission for GMS API and Raw materials;

– Standard review in SB14 with Budget department;

– Participate to the Flip exercise for the standard review;

– Perform the monthly stock reconciliations for GMS;

– Prepare the manual posting related to Inventories transactions GMS;

– Stock in transit reconciliation and booking;

– Ensure the coordination with logistic department  of GMS), budget and Finance

– Propose solution to enhance the Inventory process and Working capital process.

Expected Delivery for monthend closing process:

– Provide monthly reports and reconciliation on inventories (GMS);

– Make sure the monthly group deadlines are respected for SB14 and Unison;

– POS review and confirmation;

– Reconciliation between SB14, SUN B and SUN GL;

– Provide analysis and report on provision for slow movement and expiries products;

– Validate the stock write off transactions, Customs clearance and other stock out issues;

Education and skills:

– Bachelor degree in Finance/accounting

– Experience: At least five (2) years of work related experience

– Fully bilingual: French and English
