Role Purpose :
The Junior Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for Inventory transactions and for updating validating the data and generating reports.
Key Responsibilities :
– Follows up on imported Purchase Orders and processes, as well as updates the local stock level with the receiving of the shipments.
– Updates uniforms delivered to stores’ employees as well as sales figures into Inventory data , follows up and validates transfers between stores.
– Processes the change of prices and the change of season transactions into JDE and exports the related to the Point Of Sale (POS) in the shops.
– Ensures that monthly cycle count is conducted, generates consolidated results and reviews the percentage of acceptance for the shrinkage.
– Validates Inventory transactions: Sales, receiving, change of season, change of prices.
– Ensures that the set policies and procedures are being implemented for different inventory transactions (cycle count, receiving, transfers between countries…).
Qualifications :
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Accounting/Finance is a plus.
– 1-2 years of experience in Inventory or related field. Experience in retail is a major plus.
– Proficiency in MS Office and Accoutnting Softwares.
– Fluency in English.
