In Algiers we currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Key Account Manager Metallurgy

Responsibilities:

– Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships; Network within the customer account and industry; Facilitate resolution of all customer problems; Serve as a central resource for communications with the customer.

– Maintain a balanced approach to superior customer service and related account planning; Manage and build customer contacts, Serve as the customer’s ambassador, trusted advisor, and advocate; Analyze contracts, for assigned customers, in order to provide metrics necessary for customer retention; Engage assigned customers, on a predetermined schedule, to identify customer needs and present relevant HBS offerings; Promote additional HBS services and products.

– Manage 75 customer accounts with growth potential; Responsible for account retention and penetration.

– Leverage resources to address customers’ needs; Drives self and others to produce positive business results for HBS.

– Retain and grow HBS’ revenue and margin, of assigned accounts, in support of AOP

Goals:

– Provides primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with assigned customers

– Understanding and articulation of the value that Honeywell brings, to the customer, to drive specific business outcomes

– Dissemination of key messages, initiatives and information pertaining to the value HBS brings to its’ customers

– Maximization of the annual escalation rate for service contracts

– Provides the primary customer interface for all products, services and solutions

– Champions customer needs and requirements within the HBS organization

– Works closely, with the Management Team, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

– Responsible for achievement of revenue, margin plans and economic value added goals

Key Deliverables:

– Prepare reports and documentation in order to conduct ongoing customer reviews

– Maintain successful customer relationships

– Conduct annual customer facing business reviews

– Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

– Retain and grow HBS’ revenue and margin, of assigned accounts, in support of AOP

– Maintain adds and changes to contracts, as required

– Work with management team to minimize cancellation causes

Profile:

– Min. 4 years of sales experience, additional 8 years experience required in lieu of 4 year college degree

– Bachelor degree

– Basic industry and market knowledge

– Understands the life cycle value proposition of HBS and its’ offerings

– Understanding of the customers’ business and organization

– Financial and business acumen

– Understands customers’ decision-making processes, buyers, and influences

– Establishing and building credibility

– Developing and sustaining strong customer relationships

– Articulation of value and demonstrate of solutions that map to customers’ needs

– Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills

– Identification of customer issues and successful resolution
