JOB PURPOSE

Contribute to the development of the Logistics product and generate new business by coordinating with customer management teams to support the company’s strategy and meet the budgets & business growth.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

– Set product target by segment and fully achieve station targets to meet the overall company targets.

– Generate, identify and qualify sales leads on daily basis to create opportunities for new prospects.

– Conduct sales visits to prospect customers to gain new business.

– Prepare customer proposals and pricing in response to their RFPs or selling opportunity.

– Coordinate with the operations manager to set customers SLAs, KPIs, and process flows to complete the customer proposal in the best way for the customer & the company.

– Follow up on offers in terms of having the offers signed and creating the rate card on the WMS.

– Prepare the Logistics MPR, revenue and profit analysis to monitor product performance and report to management.

– Monitor closely the production of every customer to notice any drops or increases in the production to take needed action accordingly.

– Coach & build selling capacity within CMT through sales visits to customers to provide the needed technical help.

– Build market knowledge about market size, regulations, stakeholders, prices, competitions and market segments to help penetrate the market aggressively.

– Support and provide information to the marketing department to conduct marketing & advertising campaigns.

– Attend all kinds of exhibitions or events that may lead to generating new potential business.

– Play a major role in increasing the Brand Awareness in the country of location.

– Ensure that every sales member in the station is doing daily prospecting and continuously looking after new business.

– Prepare a quarterly sales plan and conduct regular sales meetings.

– Support CMT in day-to-day activities related to the product and its development.

– Analyze sales visits and sales activities of the sales force to ensure high levels of aggressive and quality sales visits.

JOB CONTEXT

– Works includes outdoor activities specifically sales visits to clients

– Works closely with the warehouse team in their day to day operation.

– Work is mostly within a warehousing facility.

BASIC/ JOB REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.

– English Proficiency

– MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)

– 5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain & warehouse operations
