Job Summary:
Performing regular corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment, participating in assessing contractors work through conducting inspections and Put all equipment of the production and utilities in good running conditions within the required time and according to internal norms.
Education :
TS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience :
(1) years of experience in a related position
Experience in a pharmaceutical industry
Activities, Duties & Responsibilities:
Technical & Executive
– Participating in assessing contractors work and assuring compliance to plans and specifications
– Conducting inspections on heating, ventilation and air-conditioning units to ensure their efficient operation
– Continuous review of spare parts availability and update spare parts list of new equipment
– Ensuring the installation of equipment in accordance with designs and set specifications
– Performing regular corrective and preventive maintenance.
– Maintaining maintenance records and issuing diagnostic reports on mechanical and electrical malfunction.
– Repairing or replacing worn out equipment
– Conducting tests for load and energy consumption on new systems
– Performing daily reviews of data and plot graphs
– Completing all documentation related to indicated in operating SOPs
– Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor
