(F/M) Management Trainee – Sales (based in Algiers)
The post is a full time position

Your responsibilities
As a Management Trainee in Sales, you will directly report to the General Manager. You will assist our team to find new clients in the local market, understand their needs, provide adequate solutions in line with their needs and develop relationship with existent clients
You will:
Main tasks,
– Prepare commercial offers to the new inquiries
– Identify customer needs and bring new clients to the company
– Keep in contact with the client on permanent basis
– Share market information with the management of the company
– Introduce company to the potential new clients
– Inform customers for new arrivals
– Help the management choose the best place for short/long term investments.
Back Office support:
– Assist accounting team to obtain final customer contact details and all invoicing related documentation.
– Make sure all payments from the clients are received in time.
Your profile
– University degree, preferably in engineering, logistics, business management or a related field with graduation in top 10 % of a reputable university ( preferably ESAA, ENP, USTHB )
– Strong problem solving capability
– Strong diplomatic skills
– Fluency in Arabic, French with high proficiency in English
– Service oriented person
– Curious and open-minded person with the ability to work both in team and autonomously.
– Excellent organizational and time management competencies with the ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
– Trustworthy, analytical, responsible, reliable, energetic, capable of building trust and credibility, able to liaise with different market players (partners, suppliers, Public Administration) across multicultural environment.
– Very good interpersonal skills/able to interact with tact and diplomacy at all levels both internally and externally.
– Quick learner and proactive.
– Excellent knowledge of the standard computer tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Requirements
– Preferably 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position preferably within a similar environment.
– Preferably knowledge of the Algerian import procedures and general regulations.
– Fluent in Arabic, French and very good command of English.
– Knowledge of MS Operations Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
