Purpose of the position
Within the framework of company business objectives and approved budgets, manage and lead the Sales Team and ensure that sales objectives and profitable business growth are achieved.
Main responsibilities and tasks
– Develop sales strategy and tactics
– Recruit, lead and develop a high performing sales team
– Drive analysis, planning and sales force execution
– Set and achieve sales and expenditure objectives
Experience / Qualifications
– Ideal: Graduate diploma in Science ( doctor, pharmacist, etc…
– At least 3 years’ experience in sales as a sales manager in a multinational company
– Sales techniques, sector and regional analysis skills
– Operational analysis skills
– Experience in Team Management and performance management
– KOL management skills
– Excellent organisation, planning, implementation ability; ability to deliver to a deadline.
– Strategic thinking (e.g. understand market needs, identify issues and opportunities, develop targeted multifaceted solutions)
– Strong analytical and numerical skills and an ability to execute plans and achieve outcomes
– Demonstrated capacity to build strong relationships across functions and to work closely with all people across the business including senior management
– Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills
