Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities:
– Presales task mainly focusing on developing solutions for telecom operators, including network design, proposal, quotation, etc.
– Seek out, identify, develop and maintain close business opportunities with key telecom accounts. Collect and analyze marketing information. Enhance customer relationships.
– Manage activities and Communicate between Huawei and our telecom accounts. Promote Huawei Core network solutions to defined customers. Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
– Identify key customer requirements and communicate with Marketing and Engineering team to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.
– Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities.
Job Specification (Education, Experience, Skills & Others):
– Good knowledge in the field of telecomunication, e.g., GSM/WCDMA, NGN, IMS.
– Ability to understand the customer’s requirements in order to design the desired solution.
– At least 2 years of telecom technical pre-sales working experience.
– Tender project experience is preferred.
– Proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with sales promotion at both marketing and technical perspective.
– Working experience in telecom operators or major telecom vendors, especially regarding Core network (CS, PS, HLR, etc.), is preferred.
– Minimum of Bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics.
– Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing)
– Ability to show creativity and willingness to face challenges
– Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
– Be able to travel outside Algeria for several months when needed.
