Mission:
Responsibilities
– Define and optimize the team structure and drive the mobilization process, with the support from the administrative teams .
– Ensure that contractual performances will be achieved
– Improve GM through claims ,variation orders ect…
– Improve cash flow
– Ensure that the current status of the contract execution and the forecasts are clearly communicated to all internal stakeholders through standard project reporting processes
– Drive the risk management and cost reduction actions on the project
– Lead and Co-ordinate various participating units to ensure achievement of the global QCD objectives
– Ensure that commitments made to the customer are delivered
– Backed up by the Commercial and Business Development teams, implement the customer and partner management strategies
– Ensure smooth transfer to the future operator
– Lead and Drive the consortium partners
– Drive the planning elaboration and execution
– Ensure people management
Profil
From an engineering background ,the Project Manager has several years of experience in similar projects .Ability to drive partners and to handle complex projects involving various areas of expertise including Civil Works.Excellent relations skills ,negociation and conflict prevention skills ,ability to lead multicultural and multinational teams,fluent in French ,customer centric focus and a drive for achieving results are key requirements
