Responsibility:
– Be responsible for developing a reasonable project implementation plan and project plan in accordance with the contract requirements and the customers’ needs.
– Be responsible for organizing internal and external resources to implement the project plan, to manage the project implementation schedule, cost, quality, and ensure the implementation of the project to meet customer’s demand and contract.
– Be responsible for communicating with the customers and creating, coordinating and improving customer relationship on behalf of the Company during the project implementation stage.
– Fully responsible for engineering delivery from sites network plan to PAC&FAC. Responsible for sites & RNC & BSC progress, quality ,cost control and PAC &FAC and document of the sites and RNC&BSC.
– Interface with customer to make sites’ rollout plan and swap time windows and so on. Make daily report to customer. Improve customer relationship from engineering level.
– Responsible for forecasting engineering requirement of resources in advance.
– Responsible for improving skills of all engineering members ,organizing and manage engineering team.
Qualifications:
– Have Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years of management experience, management experience and 2G&3G project implementation experience in the field of telecommunications is compulsory.
– Be familiar with telecommunications project execution procedures, have a rich experience in programming, financial, budget management, team management, resource coordination experience.
– Be Fluent in English, French speaking and writing, excellent communication and expression ability.
