Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities:
– Understand basic GPRS/UMTS/LET basic network structure and PS basic principle;
– Understand the GPRS/UMTS basic call flow, such as attach,PDP activate..etc;.
– expertly to control the GPRS service test solution and analyze the issue independ;
– Responsible of the PS network equipments performance analysis.
– under the PS expert support, can handle the difficult issue;
– Ability to take the role of technical discussion with customer;
– understand PS new Products and features;
– be familiar with SGSN/GGSN/CG/DNS basic data configuration;
– Ability to optimize PS the network KPI
Qualification Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills & Others):
– Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years PS experience for GSM and GPRS or UMTS
– Minimum 2 years with vendors (Ericsson, Nokia-Siemens, Huawei,ALU) or well known operators in telecommunication or related field
– Excellent knowledge of the field of 2G/3G PS Project or Maintance
– Strong command of the English language, Arabic and French language knowledge will be considered as an advantage
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills (team work, knowledge sharing, commitments)
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Able to work under high pressure
