Our Company is a leading in the area of EPC in the Oil and Gas sector, currently we are looking for senior buyer/ Purchaser to join our team based in Algiers with more travel to Adrar ,
this position for fixed contract .
Qualifications / Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering , business or commercial based disciplines.
– Over 5 years of experience as professional buyer in EPC Oil and gas field .
– Strong understanding of all equipement of EPC as well as Procurement and Contracts organization
– Has a new car
– Fluent in French and english , Spanish is highly appreciated
Main responsibilities:
– Prepare the Suppliers List as well as receive and analyze the Technical Report.
– Receive and analyze Requisitions Request for Offer and their suppliers and suggest revisions to consult in each case.
– Analyze the bids received, detect deviations trade and make the necessary efforts to obtain the required settings.
– Assist in negotiations with bidders by providing informatiom requested by department manager.
– Receive and analyze Requisitions to Purchase and related reviews and detect possible variations Requisitions issued to the RFQ.
– Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and their subsequent reviews including the terms and conditions to proceed.
– Make purchases ensuring proper suppliers selection process. Negotiate to obtain the best market conditions in terms of price, delivery, payment terms, warranties and other terms of supply.
– To defend the interests of company against third parties in all matters related to purchases.
– Set in the Purchase Orders the necessary measures to ensure compliance with contractual commitments made by suppliers or, alternatively, to apply economic or legal action as appropriate.
