Essential Responsibilities
– Quality Supervisor provides copies of procedures to individuals, checkout / check in procedure when required, and follow-up for
– DCO/ECO signature
– Responsible for Control of Calibrated equipment requirements and ensuring all equipment requiring calibration are kept under control
– Track NCR’s for timely closure and adequate corrective actions
– Lead NCAs and RCAs if any
– Ensure all field services process steps have been completed
– Verify that product is repaired according to specified drawings
– verify effective implementation of workmanship standards and that specified product requirements are met
– Perform follow-up activities to close out audit findings and measure improvements
– Assist others with the completion and forwarding of NCR’s
– Provide training to repairing personnel if deficiencies are found with specific duties identified in procedures
– Assist in performing ISO required tasks, such as Internal Audit reports, External Audit report and communication of specific metrics.
– Assist with preparation, scheduling and conducting of internal quality audits
– Collect and report quality metrics to management
– Report any product issues to management that may affect functionality

Desired Characteristics
– Additional experience in the manufacturing industry with a strong focus in quality
– Ability to work with minimal supervision
– Familiarity with Internal Quality Auditing for ISO 9001:2008
– Strong data collection and analysis skills
– Prior experience in inspection processes for field services
– Prior experience in Documentation Control
– Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
– Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
– Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
– Demonstrated oral and written communication skills in English language.
