Role Summary/Purpose:
The Region Marketing Manager provides leadership, plans, coordinates and manages all marketing elements for a region, including gathering VOC and marketing plan development. Essential Responsibilities:
– Driving the use of market research to identify opportunities and clinical trends, integrate competitive intelligence into marketing planning by assessing competitor portfolios and growth strategies
– Owning the marketing blueprint and strategic go-to-market for the region
– Working with all modalities (e.g. MR, CT) and segment (e.g. cardiology) leads on the allocation of advertising and promotional budget, driving the development of KPIs and tracking of spend
– Collaborating with strategic marketing/other P&Ls on disease state needs & responses
– Analysing Cocir market performance reports and working with regional modalities to generate plans to improve GEHC’s performance.
– Understanding customer’s clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought and prioritizing customer segments and business opportunities in conjunction with functional and modality leadership, leading to needs-based segmentation and Go To Market (GTM) plans
– Developing/contributing to regional marketing strategy, value proposition and modality & solutions positioning
– Identifying external resources/partners (including GE Corporate) to contribute to integrated solutions
– Facilitating innovative total customer offering development to ensure customer success based on the desired value proposition
– Collating published evidence to support GE Healthcare’s value proposition
– Responsible for Marketing sign-off for promotional materials in the geography of responsibility (Zinc)
Qualifications/Requirements:
– Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
– Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
– Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Desired Characteristics:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
– 8+ years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
– Ability to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
– Strong influencing skills
– Excellent oral and written communications skills
– Strong analytical and process skills
