Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities:
– Speak English fluently
– Rollout Management, Central Rollout Execution, Regional Rollout Execution, Acquisition & Permitting
– Integrated Planning, Radio Access Planning and Transport Planning (Across geographies, across technologies and between planning and roll out processes)
– Network Delivery Management, Facility Planning & Management
– Operations, Field Force, and Performance and Portfolio Management
– End to end project management from Analysis phase to close out including the preparation of the detail end to end rollout plan and setting up of project governance

Qualification Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills & Others):
– It is important that you have at least a tertiary level qualification in Engineering (majoring in Telecommunications, E&E, IT) or Management or hold a professional qualification from a recognised body, though extensive relevant experience may be considered in place of this
– You are someone who has had extensive telecoms experience especially in cellular network implementation, rollout and project management
– You are competent in detail deployment planning for program and project level
– You have knowledge in Network Information System – as basis for planning and for documenting network expansions
– You have efficient and effective interface with vendors, planners and the relevant groups within and outside of Technology
– You would have been in roles that have exposed you to managing roll out issues such as detailed deployment planning for program and project level and have some knowledge of Network Information System
