Mission:

  • Under direction of the area director, you are responsible for the profit and lost of the centre, the management of the centre team, as well as ensure high quality& standards. With a dotted line of the area director you are also responsible to convert enquiries on new sales, hence achieving centre sales target
  • Main responsibilities:
  • Responsible of profit and lost of the centre
  • Responsible for ensuring operational excellence of the Regus centre by management of customer service team management and motivation of the centre team members. Developing staff by communicating business goals and objectives, establishing standards and communication centre performance on regular basis.
  • Ensuring that staff team work collectively to create an exceptional office environment that provides a professional, courteous and environment for the client and that meets Regus standards and policies
  • Generating profitable new business within the territory in order to exceed personnel targets (sales with minimum dedicated time) by:
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead/enquiry development, sales tours, marketing all product lines, negotiating and closing minimum 6 deals with clients (among which minimum 3 new and expansion office deals). This by maintaining high conversion and closing rate.
  • Networking with local market brokerage firm/ agents and existing clients to create relationships that develop new business lead and enhance revenue stream.
  • Ensuring high client retention in the centre, working on client expansion leads and renewals on existing clients contracts.
  • Collaborating with corporate staff in setting sales, marketing and profitability goals for the centre and assuming overall responsibility for achieving business plan goals and budgeted objectives of the centre.

Profil:

  • Commercial or business degree
  • Proven sales experience of minimum 5 years of direct sales B2B environment
  • Minimum 3 years management and leadership experience
  • English business fluent
  • Demonstrated ability to work with financials, including  P&L reports, forward order book and yield management
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft  office product  and IT/Telecom conversant, ideally experienced in using CRM system.
