Description
– Manage Pipe-line sales (budget, forecast, invoicing and associated reporting)
– Ensure customer satisfaction by offering the products and solutions that best meet the customer’s needs and facilitate the resolution of problems by involving the concerned individuals
– Is responsible of achieving the financial objectives defined by this management
– Contribute to the development of the sales strategy and is in charge of applying sales plans within the assigned customer portfolio in compliance to the company business strategy and the local law
– Is in charge of the business development in line with Cegedim Sales strategy for his customer portfolio
– Expand scope with the existing customers in relation with the Account Manager in particular for new product offer and upgrades
– Applies company policies and procedures, in particular regarding the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
– Organize their activities in order to constantly deliver a high quality of services
– Cooperate with the other departments to ensure a consistency and a high level of service in compliance with the SLA in order to ensure the success of the operations and projects
– Work in cooperation with the relevant corporate teams
– Keep them self updated on products and services.
– Understand the competitors offer and update their knowledge
– Understand the local market trends and update their knowledge
– Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database
– Develop and share their knowlegde and abilities with their colleagues
– Give demonstrations and presentations of the products to the customers and the prospects
– Report monthly their activity to the company management
SKILLS AND PROFILE
Education required/Experience required
– High School Diploma or equivalent experience
– College certificate or equivalent experience (1/2 years of studies)
– Under graduate (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience) (3/4 years)
– Post graduate (Master’s degree or equivalent experience) (5/6 years)
– Advanced degree or equivalent experience (>6 years)
