Overview of the position :
Reporting to the Market Leader Maghreb, drive sustainable and profitable business growth for Tetra Pak and a selected number of accounts mutually by identifying and managing opportunities in Algeria. Develop Short Term/Long Term strategic business plan for the accounts in line with Tetra Pak’s strategies and execute effectively through a cross-functional team from Sales Management, Technical Sales & Service and Project Engineering & Implementation Departments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Preparing quotations
– Develop, maintain and implement business plans for specific business areas as required.
– Develop expertise in Tetra Pak’s solutions and processing equipment.
– Display trouble shooting skills that develop the right solution for our customers.
– Use in-house software packages to design solutions and select processing equipment.
– Setting up of projects and cost budgets with the engineering team, including placement of international purchase orders for key components.
– Min three days a week travelling regionally in Algeria.
Qualifications :
– Degree or Diploma in Food, Chemical and / or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
– Min. 5 years of sales or key account management experience.
– Experience in the dairy /liquid food industry.
– Exceptional time management.
– Good English level.
