Role Purpose
The Senior Human Resources Specialist is in charge of supporng the eecve provision of high quality
HR services across the business.
Key Responsibilies
– Ensure proper applicaon and implementaon of HR policies and achievement/maintenance of high
– Standards of HR pracces through providing professional advice and guidance to employees on all HR
– related issues
– Partake in developing the HR strategy in compliance with the overall company’s objecves
– Insgate/preserve robust relaonships with external agencies/service providers to provide high quality
– HR services across the business while promong externally the image of the company
– Prepare management informaon reports in order to ensure that his/her direct manager has the
– Relevant informaon needed to support strategic decision-making
– Support the connuous HR provision/standards development by contribung to the development
– and/or implementaon of funconal/ corporate projects
Qualicaons
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Buisness Administraon
– 4 years of experience in a similar field
– Fluency in English
– Prociency in MS Oce
