In Algiers we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager Security (CCTV, anti-intrusion, access control)

Responsibilities:

– The Site Manager is responsible for management of smaller low risk projects, generally $50K to 250K or an assigned work package within a larger project.

– He/she is required to provide support and tasking direction to the assigned technician / engineering team and sub   contractors.   This   support   will  consist   of  administrative   tasks,   forecasting,   planning,   risk identification, change order management, billing and payments.

Core   duties   include   subcontract   quality   management,   progress   tracking   and   application   for   payment management. The incumbent  will  also   be   responsible    for   site  engineering     coordination,task management, project planning for assigned activities as well as management of assigned technical work force and customer satisfaction.

Profile:

– At least Bachelor degree in electrical engineering

– At least 3-5 years of experience in project management

– Excellent knowledge of following systems: CCTV, anti-intrusion, access-control

– Extensive construction site management experience (low voltage projects)

– Extensive experience in managing e subcontractors (installation, commissioning)

– Learn and understand the controls technology to be able to effectively manage the engineering and technical requirements.

– Demonstrated ability to lead a team

– As a minimum be proficient with hardware drawings and scope requirements.

– Very good knowledge of English and French
