Job Description:

Take the responsibility of planning, designing, network analysis, engineering preparation, integration and verification of Radio Access Network (GSM/UMTS/LTE/CDMA)
Take the responsibility of project implementation and customer communication.
Take the responsibility of project success
Network Design, hardware installation and supervision, commissioning, integration, acceptance and cutover of GSM/UMTS/LTE/CDMA wireless network equipment,such as BSC/RNC/BTS/NodeB/eNodeB
Software commissioning of wireless network element and interconnection with related network elements including CS domain(MSC/MGW) and PS domain(SGSN/GGSN/MME/UGW)
Customer technical support for wireless network equipment, including software upgrade, solution implementation by remote way or on-site service
Technical issue trouble shooting and routine maintenance operation(including software upgrade), technical issues tracking and management till closure
Technical implementation solution development, such as network cutover solution, network tuning solution
Routine communication with customer technical team, interface of customer technical representative in Alger/Region/Wilaya

Required Skills:

Bachelor degree or above in communication, electronics, computers and other related majors with necessary degree certificate and graduation certificate
Familiar with mobile communications relevant international standards and technical specifications
The one who has Datacom equipment experience and understand the principle of TCP/IP protocol and routing protocol will be considered with high priorit
The one who has experience in other provider like Ericsson/NSN/ZTE/ALU etc will be considered with high priority
Good team working and communication skills
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing capability
Accept the frequent business trips among all the wilayas
